- How much is shipping?
Shipping is $99 per order to all 48 states. We do not ship out of the United States or to Alaska or Hawaii. Back to top
- How long does it take for delivery?
We strive to have your furniture delivered within 1-3 weeks. Back to top
- How is my order shipped?
Depending on the type of furniture you order, it will be shipped out by U.P.S. or a major LTL Freight Carrier for larger items. If shipped by LTL, then it will be curbside delivery with free liftgate service provided. If you live in a remote area and the freight company cannot deliver to your home, then you may be required to meet the driver at a determined location to pick up your furniture.

- Where will my order be shipped from?

- What if there is damage?
All damage must be noted on the freight bill at the time of delivery. Freight damaged items so noted will be replaced at no charge. Please notify us by phone or e-mail of any damage as soon as possible so we can immediately initiate the replacement process. IMPORTANT : If there is concealed damage to the product (e.g. cartons look in good condition, but product is damaged inside box and no damage is reported on freight bill) we may require you to send photos of the damage. You are responsible for verifying the condition of your merchandise upon receipt. Please inspect it carefully. To protect yourself if you receive damaged merchandise, always keep the shipping cartons until your claim has been acknowledged and settled. Back to top
- Can I get a guaranteed delivery date?
Unfortunately the freight companies do not offer a "guaranteed delivery" service, so we are unable to offer this service to our customers. Back to top
- Can I get inside delivery?
As with guaranteed deliveries, we are also not able to offer an inside delivery option, however, we have found that sometimes if you tip the driver, he will often bring the furniture into your garage or the first floor of your home. It would be a good idea if you had someone to help you carry the boxes inside.

- Do you offer installation services?
We cannot offer installation , however, most items are quite easy to assemble. All kids furniture case goods come fully assembled and you will not have to measure or drill anything during assembly. All imported items such as dining tables and chairs do require assembly but come with complete instructions in the boxes.
